Credits is the currency that we use on Digiturf.com. (1US$ = 1 Credit). You use credits to purchase the products and services offered on Digiturf.com (such as virtual horses, tack shop products and races for them to participate in) and similarly accumulate credits when you win any of the races on the Digiturf.com Virtual Horseracing Game.

You can purchase some Digiturf.com credits using a valid credit card, FirePay or NETeller account and depositing at least $25 into a secure account. Credits purchased may be cashed in back to your credit card, FirePay or NETeller account at any time.

Own one horse or perhaps a whole stable of horses. It's your choice. Your decisions start here and determine whether or not you have what it takes to win the prize money! You give your horse a name and pick its color, age and sex.

Each virtual horse comes with its own profile and racing characteristics. A calendar year is 4 months at Digiturf.com so a horse goes through its two, three and four-year-old careers in 12 months.

A simple $15 per month will cover the stabling and twice-daily training races (known as barrier races) of your horse(s).

Choose your silks by picking which design and colors best represent your honorable stable. Take your time, as these silks will become your identity for your very own stable of virtual horses. A once-off cost of $10 will cover this.

You have the ability to develop your virtual horse(s) with special fitness and performance enhancing products and services. You may decide which purchased tack shop products to apply to which horses in your stable. Some products are removable but may only be re-applied to the same horse.

The following are optional but powerful tools in giving your horse(s) the speed, endurance and adaptability that it needs to win its first Digiturf.com Virtual Horse Race.

Vitamins: $2 for 30 days, optional
Alumites (racing shoes): $2 for 30 days, optional, can be removed
Blinkers: $2 once off, optional, can be removed
Gelding: $5 once off, optional
FilliesFuel: $5 once off, optional

This facility is available through your My Stable Page. Your virtual horse(s) can participate in two free barrier races per day and up to 30 scheduled races per month.

Each virtual horse is acquired at a fitness level of 50%. You can improve your horse's performance in races by improving its fitness level. Daily training gallops will improve your horses' fitness level. A fitness gauge (only displayed to you, the owner) shows you exactly what impact each barrier trial or real race has had. Be careful not to push your horse beyond 100% fitness. Once a horse goes over the top, the fitness gauge reverts to 50% and it can take time to regain peak racing fitness.

Barrier Races are the best way to manage and get to know what best suits your horse by selecting the track, conditions, distance and age of the horse you'll be training against.

Watch the excitement grow as you see your steed hurtling down the track in real-time against the barrier horse (an average Digiturf.com horse) on the magnificent 3D Race Viewer.

Each horse's Barrier Race history is available to you and once you and your horse are ready for the action you will nominate your horse in one of the many daily scheduled races and boost your chances of grasping a share of the big ones.

The time has arrived for you to race your virtual horse against your fellow Members (or Competitors if you like) and get your hands onto that lucrative US Dollar prize money! On a daily basis there are a selection of different stakes races attracting different prize pools. These are offered over a variety of international tracks, track conditions and distances. Weather conditions also impact on track conditions and hence on the performance of your horse.

The minimum number of entrants for a race to be run is 3 and the maximum 14. Should there be more than 14 runners, a second instance of the race is automatically generated. A race closes either an hour before the race is scheduled or once the race has been filled and is then displayed as an upcoming race.

All nomination fees (between $10-$50) are placed into a pool (net of a 15% administrative fee) and the first four horses share the prize money. If you are placed in the top 4 you are assured a share of the stakes as follows:
1st = 50%, 2nd = 25%, 3rd = 15%, 4th 10% of the overall prize money.

Your horses' detailed racing history is also available to you from your "My Stable" Page.

The highlight of each racing season is the Championship Finals where owners who have prepared their 2, 3 and 4 year old horses though a series of Qualifying Races, compete for the big prize Championship Races.

The 3D Race Viewer is a pop up window, which graphically displays a race on the screen. You can watch all your horses running in the barrier as well as scheduled races you have entered them into. You are able to identify your horses by means of your unique silks, color of your horse, as well as your saddlecloth number for that race.

You'll be glued to your screen, watching the others shake as your horse tenses in the gates, waiting to charge ahead. All your training and management comes down to here and now…

Be the next winner on Digiturf.com, register today and get in on the action now!
